AD Help Desk offers a secure method for administrators to manage Microsoft's Active Directory directly from their iOS devices. The application is designed to function seamlessly without the need for any alterations to the existing Active Directory setup. Users only require connectivity to their domain from their iOS device, which may necessitate a VPN connection if accessing from an external network.

The security of AD Help Desk is prioritized with all communication between the domain controller and iOS device being encrypted for data protection.

AD Help Desk aims to provide the convenience of ADUC or ADAC tools coupled with the capabilities of ADSI. Key features of the application include:
